Failed to refund my money

Four months ago I renewed my membership for three year for 129.95. Two weeks ago I lost my SG5 Skycaddie to have the unit shut down and to put my account on hold. I was told that they can't put my account on hold. So I told them to close my account and send me two and half years of my membership. I was told they do not have a refund policy and they could not return any of three year payment. I think this is stealing.
