I placed on order for a battery for my cordless phone August 3. I ordered from them because they offered free shipping. What a big mistake that was just to save a few dollars. I waited and waited but by the 23rd, I realized I might have been ripped off and emailed them 3 times and they did not even have the courtesy to email me back. I then called them by phone at the number listed on my receipt. I called them 4 times and got the same reply. First I was directed to someone who told me I would be placed on hold because they were taking care of another customer. I held the line until I was disconnected. I called again and got the same response over and over. You can not get to speak to a customer service operator. And they all sound like foreigners. So here I am without a battery and out $21.95... Sometimes it pays in the long run to deal only with reputable companies. I have learned my lesson
