He is a white male, birth date 1-21-1971 apx. 5'11, brown hair, protruding, spaced front teeth and had a white male apx. 35-45 with him. He stays quite and doesn't say a word.

I am filing charges to have a warrant put out for his immediate arrest. Have already filed fraud report today 8-18.
