Chris Janey rips her friends, neighbors and roommates off by using several different scams. Recently she has been ripping off certain people by posing a story that her financial advisor/manager left the country with her and her families entire fortune. Supposedly this money was embezzled by a financial advisor living in Lafayette, Ca. Although she couldn't furnish the name when questioned. When people feel bad that she has no money, they tried to help her situation by loaning her funds to make it through the tough times. Chris took several peoples money under this guise. She cried, faked throwing up and wept for hours. ALL FAKE!
Chris lied and stated that she filed reports with the F.B.I. And the local police department. Neither agencies have any record of such a filing. Chris lied again when confronted with her fraud by stating she had the reports but was too busy to furnish them. BEWARE CHRIS JANEY is a liar, a fraud and takes advantage of those trying to be kind and helpful.
