I wordered a sound recorder and they sent me a receipt.in the receipt they told me that I needed a key to activate my product but that they were out. They gave me a e-mail to contact a person that wo unknown

I placed an order for an electronic device. I was able to upload the device to my computer. The message told me that I needed a key to activate but that they were out. They gave me a e-mail to request the "key". I never could get a response from anyone after that. My credit card was processed for the device.
