At&t refused to honor the warrantee on my defective motorola c139
i spoke with torian thompson in the presidents office of at&t in march. At that time he promised me a new flip phone to replace my defective phone. When i called at&t to arrange replacement of the phone they told me torian thompson no longer works in the president's office and they refused to replace my defective cell phone.
This phone was brought back to the deer park, ny at&t cell phone store while it was still under warrantee and they refused to give me another phone.

#do not buy from at&t wireless they are a bunch of crooks!!! #
#at&t is the worst cell phone company, they have zero customer service and very poor cell phone reception!!! #
#whenever there was a problem with my phone all they did was give me lip service and did nothing!!! #
#help put at&t out of business by not using their service#
