I've been trying to turn off my phone with mci wireless for the last three months!!! I've written them letters, called customer service (what a big joke that is! You just get a recording that says call back later) and they give you a customer service e-mail address that dosen't even exist!
They do not even have a direct address, it's a p.O. Box. But they keep on billing me for the phone service and i dont even use it! Now i'm with verizon.
What a difference! If you have a problem, anything what so ever you can always get a hold of them. Today i get a letter from mci collections department and there is a different number which i called and guess what? Someone answered the phone!
She said she would stop my service but i was going to have to pay for the three months. She told me i could dispute the bill by going on line to the same e-mail address that dosen't exist. Do not ever sign up with this service!
They are the biggest rip-offs! It is the biggest scam and i cant believe they are getting away with this and nobody is trying to stop them!
