MCI Worldcom Wireless ripoff bad service

I became a worldcom customer three month ago i left verizon for them bad choice. They never answer the customer service line. I waited 50 min. On hold to be able to report my phone stolen. This company is full of it and then i have even email them and they won't respond. I have never experience such bad service. But i bet if i try to cancel my account they won't let me out my service contrat.
