In the last 6 decades, I Have 3 approached Price Pfister about my bad, leaky kitchen tap. The woman was excellent after which she asked me for my charge card. Shen billed me $5 and delivered replacement pieces. To date, 6-8 of EXACTLY THE SAME alternative components (diverter and tubes) -all failed inside a year on my Parisa kitchen tap. I approached PF several month before requesting an entire new tap, but PF delivered MORE replacement pieces. Therefore, I published towards the boss (Greg Gluchowski Jr.) Mr. Gluchowski ignored my notice. Per month later I sent exactly the same notice to his assistant and him... Nothing again.

The underside line... From my encounter, Price Pfister makes bad items and it has a horseshit boss.
