SunSetter Flagpoles
Warranty on defective parts is a rip off!

I purchased a Sunsetter flagpole having a 5-year created guarantee on faulty components. While my pole wouldn't run, I approached Sunsetter, who recommended me they might just permit me 20% towards alternative components and also the price of the components might significantly exceed the price of an entire new flagpole. There is no reference to decreased protection with time within the published guarantee, which is today sensible to cost more to get a spare-part than a whole new construction.
