Ripoff bought a plasma tv which broke down, It's still on warranty won't replace my plasma tv www.gateway.com

I bought a plasma tv. From gateway who is a very well known company. I bought the tv. Last october and broke down last month. They send a service tech to check the tv and the service tech. Said it's not repairable so gateway told me they well replace the tv. It's on warranty for one year. They shipped me the tv. On the 02-03-04 The delivery person came to my door said the tv was shattered, The glass broken. He said, he will notify gateway and have a damage report fillout. He also said for me to contact gateway so they will process the the order faster so I will recieve the tv. Sooner.

Gateway told me I will be recieving my tv. On the 02-10-04. The day came without the tv. I contacted gateway again and ask, what happen!!! They said they will look into it get back at me. They finally e-mail me and said I will recieve my tv. On the 02-17-04. They said they had a mixup and the problem is solved. The 02-17-04 comes without any word or tv. I called them and also e-mail them and they assured me I will be getting the tv. On 02-24-04 for sure. The date came without the tv. Or any word of reason not coming. I talked to gateway again and they assured me they will find out the problem and get back to me but they never did.

It's been two month now without a tv. My children, my wife and myself are going through so much with this problem they don't even call me or e-mail me, anything at all!!! I have all the documents and also the e-mail what they told me for the last two months... I am still without a tv. My broken down tv. Just sitting here... Please help me and my family.
