I purchased a refrigerator in 2004 with 10-yr guarantee. Third-time the defrost system has malfunctioned, leading to the refrigerator getting comfortable and also the fridge additional cold? Digital component needed to be replaced. Present day support representative, Gabriel, was therefore unfavorable from the beginning, no eye-contact, hardly mumbled hello, etc. Required fridge aside then stated I'll have to substitute the digital component that'll be expensive of $? Did Not think it'd been changed previously or that it had been still under warranty/. I'd to show it, he then requested the part. Questioned why this keeps occurring, stated you need to be pleased it operates whenever we substitute the component? Gee, thanks. 422556
