3weeks without a working fridge in this heat wave and I lost a lot of food thanks to p c richard & son!

I'm unhappy using the item that p-c rich & boy offered in my experience. I bought an extremely costly LG regridgerator in September and currently the engine went negative. I named to truly have a support specialist repair it plus they delivered a technition more than 4 days later. Once the specialist came, he evaluated the issue and requested the component replacement. For whatever reason, P-C Rich & Boy chose to possess the component sent straight to my home. And what did the geniuses provide? A refrigerator door replacement. Once the technology delivered to repair the refrigerator it had been obviously a waste of period since he did not possess a engine alternative to work well with, he'd a doorway.

I had been so annoyed that I named the support division to protest again. These were so ashamed from the error, they stated they'd provide me a brand new refrigerator but I'd have to buy a fresh guarantee agreement consequently. I reported that I curently have a 10yr guarantee which must be productive because the refrigerator is just 12 months old. They stated changing the refrigerator means closing my agreement. It has been nearly 3weeks with no functioning refrigerator within this heat-wave and that I dropped lots of food because of p-c rich & boy! Keep your money and please don't purchase major appliances from computer richards! You are better off elsewhere!
