Complete Entertainment Exchange Sent electronic merchandise for sale. Received 5/31. Company has not responded with any offer. Have e-mailed numerous times. No phone number to call

My son and I sent electronic merchandise for sale to CEX at 657 Broadway New York, NY.in the package were 2 i-pod shuffles and a cell phone. They were all in one box. Ec-22074. The box was received on 5/31 according to the post office. The items are worth $87.00. I have e-mailed the company several times for a status. One representative e-mailed me back stating she was looking into it. They have yet to get back to me. I am unable to call as they have no phone number listed according to the directory service. If they cannot sell the items, then we want the merchandise sent back to us at our home address.
