I purchased portable DVD player with 7" screen via eBay. Paid by check. Paid almost $200. Macroseller strung me along as though sent. Never showed up.

Has since made his feedback private to avoid anyone being able to contact others who were taken.

Apparently the delivery services in the US are all incompetent. Most of these refunds are due to items "lost in mail". Some eBay users to contact who never received item but got refund check include:
