Took my money and sent me an item that does not work

On May 23 i ordered a KL-203P amp from them and i paid it though paypal. I got my order on May 27th. I hooked it up and it will not work at all. I have tried to get the company to email me about the item. I have sent four emails to them and not a one has been returned back to me. It seems that they will take your money, but will not stand behind what they sell. Now i am out the money and an item that does not work. What makes me mad as hell is because they will not return any of my emails. This right here should tell you that they do not care about anything, But your money. Please people do not do any business with this place. Take it from me You will get ripped off.
