Dave Warner ABC wireless dupes customers with false craigslist advertisements

I responded to an ad on cragslist.com that showed iphones for sale starting at $229, the ad emphasized the fact that the phones were in "GREAT" condition in all caps, the phone i purchased had very visible damage on it's backside as well as a large crack on its frame. The ad also clearly stated that the phones come with a warranty. I had someone pick the phone up for me, as it was a present for a loved one. When I attempted to use the phone the speaker in the earpiece did not work, so i was unable to hear phone calls.in addition to it's non functionality there was considerable and visible damage to the phone contrary to what was advertised. When i called to inquire about the return policy, i was informed they do not refund, only exchange or provide store credit, when i asked about the online advertisement they denied any knowledge of such and ad, and the advertisement was conspicuously removed from the internet. I happen to have an image of the ad saved in my computer that came from it's cache as proof. I was also told they do not provide a warranty contrary to the ad which was the only basis of my purchase. The headline to the advertisement also read, iphone 3g 16gigs 229$, but after calling to inquire about the price was told that is the price for an 8gig iphone so the ad headline itself was also false. I'd have no problem honoring the store policy had the catalyst for my purchase not been an advertisement that offers a product and service that are completely different from what they provided.
