The corporation is just a fraud. Cost for product requested $388.00 (Canon PowerShot SX30 IS) online. Approached "customer support" regarding ship day. I had been "advised" the camera as requested wouldn't run and that I have to buy the "firmware" for "just" one more $111.00 to get a whole of $499.00, consider it or abandon it. I left it.

Grievances have already been submitted using the Ny Attorney-General, Consumer Fraud Department, the National Web Crime Product of the F.B.I. As well as the appropriate regional Attorney General Office of their state where purchase was positioned.
