Presair Highest Prices, Worst Business Pratices, Taking advantage, Caveat Empto

I am a small business owner, and I have a Machine, a Plasma cutter, a very good one (high end). I needed a part for the Machine, so I researched the part numbers tacking me back to the Company Presair, who made the switch, which the previous owner of the machine told me had replaced about 9 months to a year ago. When I contacted this company, they told me I would have to buy 200 min of the part. Or I could pay 74.95 plus shipping of 10.00 for a part that weighs 1.9 ounces. This company could only have figured I was desperate for the part. Rendering my Machine useless. Well they were wrong. Not only did I found out the part that retails for about 22.00, through other vendors using their company name. But I was able to find the Part by an awesome Company Omega, who gave me so much help, they placed me on the phone with a professional Technician, who spent 30 minutes on the phone with me going over there product, which was better made, had higher standards, and parameters of operation for less then half the money, and less shipping cost, and I had it in two days, including the weekend.

It is such a " Black Eye" business like this. The only thing that are concerned about is Maximum profit, and business are free to make a profit. But these people are the absolute worst America has to offer. I have been in business 40 years, and I have never taken advantage of my customers, they are my life's blood to hurt them is like commiting suicide. Without consumers. (informed ones) these companies die by the wayside. Good business people know how to adjust to a slow economy, you have to make changes. Fewer customers does not me raise the prices to the roof.

If I had to depend on Presair for any part, I would send the Machine to the crusher, and scrap it before I would spend a dime with them. Please do your research before spending any money with Presair. And Large companies who make large purchases, have your buyers sharpen up.
