30" Dual Fuel Wolf Range

I've a 30" Hair Dual Fuel Range - it's nearly 5 yrs old. Going back 24 months I've been looking to get anyone to do the repair. The digital control screen for that stove fails correctly. I've a long guarantee onto it - every restoration organization they send take a look at & state it requires components & they'll certainly be back. The never return or do they actually contact. Called Wolf & location where obtained. They sent an "approved Hair technician". He guaranteed to call-back and it has never named. Other people have such issues with a Hair Variety?
