This company brings in fake hair and say its India human hair when its yack hai

On Thursday July 5, at 10 am I walked into MTG Premium shop and brought two bags of what was supposed to be India Human Hair. Paid $246.33 with my credit card! On Friday my hairdresser put the hair in and we both noticed that the hair isnt good quality of hair as MTG stated it is. I've brought hair from them in the last year and it lasted nearly a year.

I dyed and washed it over and over, hair still good. Had it re-sewed into a stocking cap no problem! This company stands by their products now stand by that things happen and do the right thing. I'm not some fly-by-customer crying wolf. I've done business with them in the past! This April I purchased hair from them and less than a month hair is horrible. I am now asking that they give me back monies that I paid in April and July!

I will file a small claim against this company as they are ripping customers off by replacing hair with YACK hair. I called and spoke to some pop tart that was very rude and very condescending. She asked that I send their attorney everything and let my attorney and their attorney work this out! I was shocked that she would say this seeing that I never said anything about an attorney as if this was a scared tacky to use for me to back off. No way, I want my money and seeing that the owner and/or couldnt work with me by giving me some of my money back I am asking for all of it! I wont stop at nothing to get my money back.

I wear extension because of a chemical burned that happened 3 years ago. I refused to allow someone else get over on me. This is business and not personal and I want them to acknowledged it! The cost within 3 months totally up to is $492.66 and this is what I am asking back.
