Rude and abusive

I tried to make a purchase a few weeks ago and it was the worst Internet buying experience I have ever had. These people were the most rude and abusive I have ever dealt with. Granted, they managed to reel me in with their low prices but actually getting the merchandise was another story. They would randomly cancel orders and not offer any explanation, only saying I would have to place the order again. After several times, I called to find out what the problem was and was met with a very rude and abusive "customer service" person who talked down, laughed at me, and would offer no assistance.in fact, she said she had "no idea" why my orders were canceled. No mention of back order, nothing. Just "I have no idea." After I left a negative review, I started getting harassing calls from their sales supervisor. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! They asked for information that my bank told me no reputable company would request so my bank recommended I cancel my debit card. Don't deal with them!!!
