Cheating, lying, fraudulant, ripoff

I purchased a defective camera battery from this company in Dec called them, was told if i shipped the product back (at my own expense) they would credit my credit card. Shipped back in December, did not get confirmation (big mistake). Spoke with them in January, their employee did however find my package, was told to expect a refund on my credit card. Called, emailed, several times still not getting my refund. Contacted my credit card company to dispute, owner or manager not sure which, lied outright to agent, said they did not receive my package until Feb 28. Credit card company is still going to investigate them and give me a credit. Thank God!!! Do not do business with this company if you expect any kind of customer service or quality products.
