I purchased a Kogi 17" monitor for 430.99. It had a rebate of 50.00 I filled out all the information correctly, kept copies for myself. I never received a check. I called the rebate center and spoke to a woman who kept putting me on hold and asking me the same information over and over. The last time she came back on the phone and said I cannot find any information that we ever received your rebate forms, unfortunately there is nothing we can do, since we are not responsible for lost mail. I told her fine that would be the last time I ever bought anything from Best Buy.
