Screwed up delivery and no extended warranty service

I purchased 3 devices in the in 2008. The initial cargo was screwed-up and we just received 2 of these. I named them-and they stated there is an error, they might follow-up and obtain back again to me. The rest of the equipment (a dishwasher) turned up many weeks later.

Exactly the same dishwasher, that we purchased a long guarantee for has gone out. Named AJM and was informed that I ought to have shipped in a guarantee card which was designed to include the purchase but did not. They looked up my purchase, discovered the warranty purchase but stated it did not matter they had an archive of it. They stated the little card mentioned that it'd to be submitted towards the guarantee organization within twelve months for that warranty to become recognized. The way the heck was I to understand when I never obtained the card!!! I inquired if there is something that might be completed about this, plus they ostensibly explained I had been out-of fortune, that I ought to have experienced the little card and shipped it in. I'll never get anything from these crooks again!
