I own a design H1700 powerwasher, sequential number LTK 145022572624X that's still under warranty. Order #501977

I named on July 22nd and was guaranteed an upgraded manifold that I'd obtain in 4-to 5 times.

I called again on July 9th and was informed them hadn't delivered however they might facilitate it to provide in 5 to seven days.

On July 21st, I talked with Bob, among the administrators who stated it'd deliver in three or four times.

On July 29, I talked with Steve, another boss who stated he talked to delivery which it'd deliver in three or four times.

Today, July 30th, I talked with another boss who stated he'd forward the demand to delivery division and that I might obtained it in three or four times. This boss stated he couldn't talk to the delivery division and may do nothing more.

This Is Actually The many crazy handling of the components demand I've previously experienced. Doesn’t anybody within this organization consider individual accountability due to their work or experience any well-diserved shame due to their efficiency?

I hope I'd examined this website for grievances before buying.in the looks of additional similiar issues, this is actually the modus operandi of the organization. Has anybody documented this towards the consumer-protection agency of the maker's office?
