I bought a whirlpool fridge on 8-5-08 and since then I have had 5 sevice requires the exact same issue. The very first support phone was Sept. 08 to get a trickle within the covered program. 2nd support contact the technician did NOTHING stating he didn't visit a challenge. Next phone was April09 for water dripping. Next issue was for noisy knocking sound from the freezer and today I've been patiently awaiting a technician to repair the fridge, that will be not freezing something from "Rush devices". As time goes by you may be guaranteed that I'll never puchase another Whirlpool item
