I bought a notebook charger which quit working following a 10 weeks, they traded it for a different one which briefly quit functioning. They recognized the issue the charger was faulty but stated that since my 12-month guarantee ended, they wont do something. Hence, should you buy a product that prevents operating 11 weeks in to the guarantee, they are able to deliver you a damaged alternative about the 11,5-month, from the period you obtain it-your warranty will be terminated. I understand it generally does not seem sensible. But what it boils down to is the fact that they cannot state that their products works for atleast 12 weeks. Purchase elsewhere with greater guarantee plan and product quality.
