Requested the Navigator Liftaway on 1/3. Lastly received it on 1/27. Utilized it for fifteen minutes after which it smashed. The advanced dog turbo brush caught towards the primary line and wouldn't launch. Requested replacement parts on 1/27. It is today March 3rd 2011 and that I am still awaiting replacement pieces. Named customer support, that will be horrible, many times and was informed products are on back-order and might get to a couple of days. A couple of days has converted into 2 months. Talked to many customer support administrators in addition to a in the corporate workplace in Europe plus they explained how sorry these were. Two administrators in customer support declined to inform me just how to return them and alternatively provided a delivery and managing credit while I proceed to hold back for my replacement pieces. I'm still awaiting my components. I'd never purchase the product again. It's also lightweight, mainly made from plastic, even though suction is great which is also hard to obtain replacemen t components which is hard to obtain a return about the product and obtain your cash back. Our advice is steer clear. I'd not purchase it again and that I wouldn't suggest to others.
