Waited half an hour for help buying a Dell computer

I went to best buy today 12/05/10 waited 1/2 an hour for an associate and could not get any. There were workers just standing around. This was the Woostr, Ohio store. I went to buy a Dell computer. I was so mad that I told the guy at the door. I was just going to order direct from Dell. He said o'well. The service at best buy is the worst.
