Go Wireless Verizon Rep hacked my account, sent incriminating texts, to man that sexually harassed me

Hello, Thursday, November 17 I complained to my employer about sexual harassment in the work place. The main marketing manager, Juan C., from the beginning of my employment would repeatedly invite me on a ride and make inappropriate comments about me and other females. He would touch my lower back, grab my hand when I handed him documents, touch my face when I let my guard down and didnt expect it, pinch the back of my arm, and grab my waist. He would also use company time, in which he was suppose to train me in door to door marketing, to take me to a Harley Store just to see how I look on a motorcycle; he told me he wouldnt let me go home until I sat on one, since I was on his time. Even after I found the courage to complain, the investigation of the matter by my company, came back in Juan C. S favor. He was part owner of the company, and I hadnt expected anything different since most of the employees were blood related.
