AG telephone Lies about cost and terrible service

This is a company that advertises that it specializes in data, voice, fiber optics, video, control systems and low voltage wiring. I chose to focus on this because their "technicians" are not well versed in even the most basic of phone installation or internet hook up. Our company was quoted a maximum bid of $500 to complete a simple 4 phone installation at a very new office location that had previous phone / data lines in the past and this company's tech's took a total of 4 days (on and off) to figure out how to install the lines. The service and communication was terrible. These guys bill by the hour and would take their time while on the clock, many times calling their company to ask for direction on how to complete tasks etc.

We received our bill and the amount they are chargin is $1486 dollars. The owner is rude and this is not a company you should ever call if you want professional service and an honorable experience. The amount they are charging us is 3x the amount they quoted. When they were on the job they admitted there were issues that we would not be billed for so the $1486 is suppsedly NET of the "errors" they feel they are responsible for. When asked about their original quote they have no comment. The quote was verbal and was not done in writing. This is how they routinely do business. We know this because this is not the first time they have conducted business this way. Stay away from this company.
