Poor customer service

I purchased an enercell item this past year. The adapter went poor, and so I visited discover when the had that component. They stated they did not have that component and was not able to purchase it. I named the number to enercell and was recommended that Radio Shack might purchase the merchandise, and was handed the order quantity. I'd my spouse return to Radio Shack using the info. The revenue connected stated they mightnot purchase it and stated there is nothing else she could do. My spouse subsequently informed her she might contact the organization and have for help on purchasing the component. She dialed the amount and created my spouse abandon a note for Enercell to call-back. My spouse quit both quarry and her cell numbers with affiliate. The encell organization named me again and stated he'd gotten my spouseis concept, which Radio Shack may purchase the component. Even today, Radio Shack has yet to call-back. The support as of this area may be the toughest I've ever seen. I'll never store at-at Radio Shack again.
