Didnt deliver the order i made and payee 323.03,2 months later charged my visa 653.98 without my consent

14 December I order by internet 1 cellphone from http://mobile-phone-services.com for 323.03€. 15 december my bank made the transfer on my Visa Credit Card. Two and half months later I didn´t get what i order.

On the first email I send i received the answer that they couldn´t find my payment i sent all the description about the payment and then i sent a lot more E-mails without any answer.

I tryed to phone but the number on the web calls and no one answers.

Today i foun out that they have charged 653.98 from my Visa Credit Card without my consentment or knowledg.

At this moment i have allready canceled my Visa Credit Card and claimed on my Bank for the ripoff i have sufered.

Today i made a call to another telephone Number that´s on the web page and for my admiration they answered me saying that they have nothing to do with it cause it´s another department.
