I placed an online order for a pair of jeans on September 27. After a made the payment, I logged in and noticed that I was charged 3 times 129$. I called my VISA card and told them about this problem. They said to wait few more days as they don't see any charges on my VISA. I ordered on the website www.sevenjeansmankind.com, were they provided the same email address as for jeans-mall.com jeansonlineshop@gmail.com. I wrote on their email to cancel my order in case I don't hear from them in the next 24 hours. They never replied. Few days later my VISA credit card was charged 131 CAD. I was happy that they didn't charged me 3 times that amount. I didn't contact VISA card for the second time yet as I was hopping to receive an email confirmation or the order from jeansonlineshop@gmail.com.
Today I tried to log in again into my account and it saying that I am not registered. I am very frustrated about this experience. Tomorrow, October 10 I am planning to call VISA credit card to start an investigation on that issue.
