Csd computers claims to repair electronics but refuses to return property

My sons friend broke my computer November. He turned off the computer while it was installing an update and that wiped out the operating system. Saw an ad on kijiji.ca from someone that fixes computers. Name of individual is Bjorn Christensen doing business as CSD Computers, phone number 519-900-3010. So I contacted him and arranged a time to drop off my computer.
He ended having to install a new hard drive and reinstall windows (charged $40) but was having alot of probs with the windows he installed so I tried to reformat but there was a problem with the hard drive he installed. Took the laptop back to him but he couldn't get it working. Claimed motherboard was fried.
In conversation, he mentioned that he fixes all electronics.
I had an ipod touch that had a cracked screen, a slim ps3 that was giving error codes and an iphone that needed a new battery so I asked if he could fix these if I supplied that parts. Was agreed that in lieu of cash for the repairs I would give him the laptop. He agreed to this exchange.
I ordered the parts for the iphone and ipod and when I received them I brought down the ps3, the iphone and ipod so he could get these repaired.
These simple repairs took him 1 month to repair. Claimed to be really busy.
Soon after my son dropped his ipod touch and cracked the screen so I contacted him again to see if could fix that one as well. Said he could so I ordered another screen.
Claimed was still trying to find time to get to my other repairs so at this point still had my 2 ipod touches, iphone and ps3.
At Christmas claimed to be out of town with dying Grandmother for a few weeks.
Since then it's been 1 excuse after another when I try to get my stuff back.
Fast forward to present, am attempting to contact him to get my property back but he's now refusing to reply to my emails or phone calls. Now taking legal action to get my stuff back.
This person has now branched out and is making vinyl decals.
