Dishonest, do not honor their warrentys or onsurance policys

I, ve ben a customer with Celluarone forthe past 4yrs. I recently brought a new Android phone from the company on feb 4 on feb 8 i put the phone on th charger and when i came back to use the phone half of the screen was not working. Needless to say i was upset b/c if you ever brouht an Android they donot come cheap!!! But i was not to worried at that time b/c i knew my phone was still under a 1yr warrenty and i had insurance on the phone when i took the phone back to the store for an replacement Celluarone told me that is was my fault that the phone didnot work b/c i let it get to COLD! What a joke if i knew i had to sleep with the phone under the blanket with me thats what i would have done.
