Navigon and its staff sent me on a wild goose chase around their site to avoid rembursing me for their error. The matter has been handled by the company incompetently.
1. I placed an order on line for European Maps EU44 and confirmed by Navigon by email on 27th August.
2. Navigon uploaded to my Navigon account Q2 & Q3 and I was lead to believe that the European Maps were included in this upload.
3. Navigon instructed me to down load Q2 & Q3 which I did. This download was for Australian Maps and no reference to the European Maps.
4. I never ordered the Australian Maps nor did I want them.
5. Navigon has never uploaded European Maps EU44 to my account.
6. Navigon was in breached its contract with me and caused me considerable inconvenience.
7. I have asked for the return of my money but Navigon has refused.
8. I required Barclays Visa to credit my account for £79.99 but they have declined to help.

My advice to anyone who deals with Navigon to be very careful as this is an incompetent company.
