I bought a 2100 from Staples last year. My year passed. I used this device maybe 4 or 5 times. Right off the bat the maps were not accurate. I was told to update it. I shouldn't have to do this. It has never worked right - it always says memory card not in and also says satellite not working. I have been in some areas that it was critical I have this and it didn't work. Staples did not want to help. They also said they have this issue with Navigon alot.
