Lcddigital.com faulty merchandise and failure to replace or refund

TV would not operate. Emailed and phoned complaint and was instructed to return and refund would be issued in 30 days. Shipped USPS and was returned as undeliverable. Emailed company and was told they had some mixup during holidays and to resend. Shipped again and was retuned with note: "moved and left no forwarding address". Company would not respond to my emails. Left several voice mails with no response. Voice mail box now says full. Bank is now processing a refund to my credit card due to fraud. This guy is a crook and should have done a better job of investigating him before purchase.
