In March I included another point to my Verizon consideration. The telephone the nearby Verizon seller offered me wouldn't maintain a fee for over 2 hours, it had been faulty. I got it back again to the neighborhood supplier plus they explained a brand new telephone could be delivered to my handle. I acquired the brand new telephone, then visited the neighborhood supplier for service. One entire month later, around. Jan. 15th 2011 I called again. Again I required a tag, again Verizon stated you might be sent and obtain in my experience within 5 times. 5 days arrived and went... Then it had been 10 times. Then 15. On Feb. 4th I named Verizon HQ again. I had been not good towards the Verizon man. I told him after I deliver anything via FedEx they provide me a tracking number. I expected him to monitor the final tag to determine where it had been... He explained he couldn't do this.

??? That informs me they NEVER delivered me something anytime. Searching just like a fraud in my experience and I informed the man that. I expected him if he had a need to access it a mount and ride-up to Montana at hand provide me a tag since Verizon was also inexperienced to obtain me the tag every other method. I also requested him if he was probably the most smart Verizon worker operating that evening since every additional worker appears to be fools. He got only a little snotty with me and that I screamed at him "GET ME A DARN TAG AND SO I COULD SEND YOUR FAULTY TELEPHONE BACK!" he then explained 2 brands could be delivered via UPS. I stated "I'll think it after I view it."

Following day... Saturday Feb. 5th... My bill was stopped. I can't make calls or receive calls on either of my telephones. As well as in the email nowadays, email not by FedEx, there lastly was a return tag. Obviously it's the weekend therefore Verizon Client Disappointment, I am talking about, Customer Support (LOL) isn't on the weekend.

So now I'm certain they'll make an effort to cost me a reconnect charge of $30.00 and that I possess a humorous sensation from additional grievances I've find out about Verizon I'm set for an extended haul looking to get my bill solved and also have the $350.00 cost eliminated when I deliver the faulty phone back.
