The ventless logs that I bought At Home Website were lower in cost. I needed heat effectiveness plus they did provide that. However the records were poorly-made and crumbled quickly and also the igniter was lightweight and also the buttons flipped reverse they must therefore it was simple to turn off the pilot and difficult to reignite.

I'm worrying, however, that I delivered a broken group of records plus they were said to be delivered in my experience. I delivered them in before Holiday 2010 which is today early February. Customer support claims the records is likely to be delivered in my experience however they haven't appeared. They don't respond my questions where they're which is dealing with be almost 8 weeks.

I really donot believe people can buy Certain Temperatureis products - I believe you will find way too many flaws for that cost plus they don't remain behind their goods.
