Took $99.95 out of my checking and I did not authorize this!

This company took $99.95 out of my checking without my authorization and that cost overdraft charges of $27.00. This was to go towards my rent and now I do not have it. I called them told them I had no idea who they were and could not use their services. I told them I had no use for their company and than I wanted my money back. I was told "why don't you just check out our website, you may want to purchase something" that I have a $10,000 line of credit. I explained that unless I could use that line of credit to pay my bills "NO THANK YOU". The lady, who claimed to be a "floor supervisor" said that she would cancel my membership but would not be able to refund my money.

I asked to speak with her boss and was told that her supervisor did not take calls from consumers. Now, what kind of company conducts business this way? My bank is going to investigate this and hopefully will be able to get my money back. If not I am going to contact a lawyer and see what can be done. This is horrible, I have never signed up for something like this, never opened one email from them, never recieved any phone calls from them and never recieved anything in the mail about them, or their products. I am a single mother of two that cannot afford to join such an insane "CLUB". I am in jepardy of being evicted from my apartment because of this mess.

There has to be a way for everyone that has been scammed by this place to get our money back and shut them down. This is horrible the way they ruin people and put them in such financial hardship. If there is anyone that can help with this matter I would love to hear from you. I am beyond tears now, I am very angry and want this company shut down!!
