Fraudulent Activity On Checking Account, Ripoff

I am a victim of online credit card fraud. I have never applied for an account with National Platinum, however this company has debited my checking account twice without my permission in the sum of $72.33. During the first week of January, I discovered the fraudulent charge and notified the company immediately to disputed the charge posted on my checking account on December 29 in the amount $14.95.

National Platinum claimed that my account will be canceled per my request and I will be receiving a check for the debited amount within 30 days. On January 16, I discovered yet another fraudulent charge on my account in the amount of $14.95.

Again I notified the company of my findings however on January 23, another charge from National Platinum posted to my account in the amount of $25.00. When contacting National Platinum, I have been offered no solution or explanation to the fraudulent activity against me.

I told them again to not debit my checking account and demanded a refund. I have received an overdraft charge in the amount of $17.43 on my account that I have had to pay because of their negligence. I have not received a product, online credit card, etc. From this company.

I do not owe National Platinum any money. I have notified my bank of the fraudulent activity on my account. I have fulfilled my duty as a consumer and have tried to resolve this issue with National Platinum and have been left with no choice but to notify Nevada and Arkansas Consumer Protection Division.

I encourage every victim of national platinum to join me and contact their local attorney general and the state of nevada's attorney general.
