I purchased Panasonic Lcd design TC-P50G10 in November. It totally died within 2 weeks (January) sporting 8 red blinks. Because it was still under guarantee, Panasonic managed the fix rapidly also it worked completely (for around another 11 weeks). Since the system is simply from the guarantee time, it totally died again (this time around blinking 5 red blinks). I named Panasonic again and after coping with backwards and forwards calls all week which paperwork I had a need to deliver them, after they obtained anything I delivered, I eventually got a call-back today detailing that I have to purchase something evaluation, then after they evaluate the support evaluation, they *might* assist me purchase some of the restoration price. Evidently they contemplate it large to "aid" their clients purchase the fix since officially it isn't their issue following the guarantee has terminated. A costly 50-inch lcd Television must keep going longer than twelve months. I'll NEVER purchase another Panasonic item again, and desire everybody to remain from Panasonic. I've observed numerous remarks with this same "blinking red-light" problem on numerous customer criticism the web sites also it appears that the production deficiency may be the trigger. I've also read that the class-action suit may be underway and could be pleased to reveal my encounter with anybody seeking this issue more.
