I recieved a coupon in the mail for www.bestsavingsource.com saying i can save up too 40% off on my purchase. So i go to buy a hp laptop which ive wanted for some time now and they tell me i need to buy something at regular price and that the coupon is only valid for my second purchase. Such b. S!!
