For my april statement i was charged $9.99 service charge from apex digital marketing, i called t-mobile & advised them that i did not authorize these charges nor requested services from this co. They stated they would cancel & issue a credit. To my surprise this month when i reviewed my statement i did not get credit for the fradulent charges but the $9.99 charge was charged again. I called t-mobile & was told that i need to call apex at 877-707-0110, but have not been able to get anywhere with those people. If anyone else is able to get their money back, please advice...
