Charged a monthly fee that was absorbatant, locked our box so new service won't work

We rode out our contract with ADT/APX/APEX. We took security service with another supplier at much less cost

Began having problems with new service. Had tech from new service come to our home. He found that ADT/APX/APEX had locked our radio box so system will not work. We had to pay new provider for service call ($80.00) and now will have to buy new box ($180.00) in order to maintain new service.

All this apparently for spite (on part of ADT/APX/APEX) because we found new service at HALF the price being charged by ADT/APX/APEX) If you don't want to get RIPPED OFF, DON'T use ADT/APX/APEX!!!
