Company showed alot of Christmas spirit and shut cable tv service off 4 days before Christmas. Bill was paid and arragments were made

Have had Cable Service with this company for a long time, and they showed their true loyalty to us being a customer. They sent someone up this morning to shut the service off at the pole. This is 4 days before Christmas... Have been a customer with the for over 15 years. I guess we will be having a white christmas after all. This company complely sucks, their customer service is awful. They are the only service you can get around here. I just wanted to let people know How Charter Communitcations likes to show its Christmas Spirit...
