Faithfulseller Found ad in craigslist.com for an item, sent money to China, item was never delivered Beijing

I found an ad in craigslist.com for an iPhone 3GS with a price of $210. I typed the internet address on my browser (there was no link in the address, just an image of the web site with the name FaithfulSeller.com). The site really looked legit, with listings of various products. I placed an order, but it did not prompt for payment. Later, I got an email asking for the payment. I ended up paying $240 because they said shipping by Fedex would cost $30 more.
A week later, I communicated with them. (Their site has a chat feature with real people (may be just one person) behind it.) They told me it will be shipped the following week. I contacted them again the following week, not yet. The third week, they said it's ready but it's being inspected by Chinese customs. It's been more than a month now and I have not received any item.
I noticed from usacomplaints.com that several similar sites exist: sellelecs.com is another one. Both sellelecs.com and faithfulseller.com are exactly the same in structure. The only difference between them are the pictures. The website software may be something sold in China, and there are several individuals doing the same thing. Or may be all of these sites belong to the same scam operation.
